The Profile section is the customer's self-service area.

What customer can edit

Personal info

  • Name (first + last)
  • Phone
  • Email (not self-changed once registered)
  • Birthday
  • Gender (optional)
  • Address

Password change

Enter old, set new.

Marketing preferences

  • Marketing email: on / off
  • Marketing SMS: on / off
  • Booking confirmation email: always on (transactional)
  • Booking reminder email: on / off
  • Booking reminder SMS: on / off

"Booking confirmation" always sent regardless of marketing toggles.

Push notification preferences

Separate section (see: Push notifications article).

What customer can't edit themselves

  • Email address
  • Loyalty points balance
  • Booking history
  • Customer status / VIP flag

Marketing consent compliance
