Creating Membership Plans

Membership plans (templates) define the pricing and benefits that customers receive when they subscribe.

Accessing Membership Plans

  1. Go to Memberships in the main menu
  2. You'll see the "Plans" tab with your existing templates
  3. Click Create Plan to add a new membership

Plan Details

Basic Information

  • Plan Name - Clear, attractive name (e.g., "Premium Member")
  • Description - What's included and why it's valuable
  • Price - Recurring charge amount per billing cycle
  • Billing Cycle - How often to charge: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Yearly
  • Renewal Date Type - When the cycle starts:
    • Based on start date - Cycle starts from the customer's join date
    • Calendar month - Cycle always starts on the 1st of the month (first period is prorated)
  • Color - Brand color for visual identification

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Notice Days - How many days before renewal customers must cancel
  • Example: 14 days means customers cannot cancel within 2 weeks of renewal
  • This protects your revenue while giving customers flexibility

Display Options

  • Featured - Highlight this plan in online booking
  • Available Online - Allow customers to purchase via online booking
  • Active - Enable/disable the plan

Adding Benefits

Benefits define what discounts members receive. Click Add Benefit to configure:

Applies To

  • All Services - Discount applies to everything
  • Selected Categories - Choose specific service categories
  • Selected Services - Pick individual services

Discount Type

  • Percentage Off - e.g., 25% off
  • Fixed Price - e.g., 0 Ft (free service)
  • Fixed Discount - e.g., 3000 Ft off

Discount Value

Enter the discount amount or percentage.

Usage Limit

  • Unlimited - No limit on how many times discount can be used
  • Per Month - e.g., 4 uses per month
  • Per Year - e.g., 12 uses per year

Usage limits reset automatically based on the billing cycle.

Saving the Plan

  1. Fill in required fields (name, price, at least one benefit)
  2. Review the configuration
  3. Click Save
  4. Plan appears in your templates list
