Bookinda offers 3 main plans plus a 14-day free trial. Pick the plan that fits your salon's needs.

The 3 plans

Starter

  • 1 staff calendar (extra calendars purchasable)
  • 1 location
  • Bookings, customer CRM, POS, basic automations
  • SMS and Email marketing (credit-based)
  • Online booking page

Professional

  • 2 staff calendars (expandable)
  • 2 locations (expandable)
  • Plus features: group classes, invoice integration (Billingo / Számlázz.hu), loyalty program, smart pricing, AI assistant

Business

  • 5+ staff calendars and locations (expandable)
  • Plus features: autonomous AI actions, custom domain, API access, webhook support
  • For high-volume salon groups

Billing cycle

  • Monthly (default)
  • Annual (~17% discount, configurable per salon)

Add-ons

Beyond plan limit, expandable:

  • Extra staff calendar (monthly fee per staff)
  • Extra location (monthly fee per location)

When which plan

Scenario 1, launch New salon starts with Starter, evaluates during trial, decides on day 14.

Scenario 2, growth 2-3 staff, group classes needed → Professional.

Scenario 3, multi-location urban 5+ locations, central management, API integration with own software → Business.

Scenario 4, seasonal expansion +2 extra staff calendar add-ons for summer. Reduce in fall.

Tips

  • Don't pick Professional at launch if not sure you'll use it. Start Starter, easy upgrade later.
  • Annual saves ~17%, worth it if you'll definitely use.
  • Add-ons anytime, no need to switch plans.
  • Business is for enterprise, overkill for small salon.
  • Free trial runs as Professional, so you can test every feature. Decide at trial end.
