Credit-based. 1 email = 1 credit. 500 customers = 500 credits.

- 100 email (small campaign)
- 500 email (medium)
- 1000 email
- 5000+ email (intensive marketing)
Bigger packages = better unit rate.
Plan base allocation
- Starter: 0/mo
- Professional: 500/mo
- Business: larger
Monthly allocation resets.
Purchase
Similar to SMS: package → terms → checkout → credit credited.

Transaction history
PURCHASE, USAGE (one USAGE per campaign with total recipient count), MANUAL_ADJUSTMENT, REFUND.
When to use it
Scenario 1, monthly newsletter Monthly newsletter to 800 customers = 800 credits/mo. Professional plan 500 base + 500 package purchase.
Scenario 2, birthday automation ~30 birthdays/mo = 30 emails/mo. Fits in base.
Scenario 3, Black Friday 1500 customers one-shot = 1500 credits. 1000 + 500 packages.
Scenario 4, segmented campaign 500 VIP exclusive offer = 500 credits. Fits in base.
Tips
- Transactional email is FREE, no worry about booking confirmation.
- Marketing emails to opt-in customers, GDPR-style.
- Bulk send to whole list eats credits, consider targeted.
- Segmentation reduces consumption: 200-person segment beats 800-person full list.
- Marketing module shows credit estimate before campaign launch.
