AI Assistant (chat assistant, autonomous actions, AI Receptionist) usage is credit-based. Unlike SMS/Email, HUF-based billing.

HUF-based billing
- 1 AI credit ≈ 1 HUF (unified unit)
- More expressive (complex) questions consume more credits
- Autonomous actions (AI decides on its own) are pricier
Packages and custom top-up
Packages
- 5,000 HUF (basic)
- 10,000 HUF
- 20,000 HUF
- 50,000 HUF
Custom amount
Enter any HUF value, usually min 5,000 - max 1,000,000 HUF.
What AI spends on
- Simple question ("What was our revenue last week?"): ~5-20 HUF
- Complex analysis ("Compare last two quarters"): ~50-200 HUF
- Email draft generation: ~20-50 HUF
- AI Receptionist reply: ~30-100 HUF
- Autonomous action (e.g., auto-booking): ~100-300 HUF
(Estimates; real cost depends on OpenAI/Anthropic model used and question length.)
Plan base allocation
- Starter: 0 HUF (AI not available)
- Professional: 0 HUF (purchase separately)
- Business: larger monthly (e.g., 50,000 HUF)

- AI tab → package or custom amount
- Accept terms
- Stripe / Barion checkout
- Success → credit immediately credited
Transaction history
Standard 4 types (PURCHASE, USAGE, MANUAL_ADJUSTMENT, REFUND), USAGE rows show:
- What it was used for (chat, AI Receptionist, autonomous action, etc.)
- Exact HUF consumption
When to use it
Scenario 1, trying AI Assistant Custom 5,000 HUF top-up. Try it, see what it's good for. If useful, bigger package.
Scenario 2, intensive AI Receptionist 100+ customer emails/mo handled by AI. Need ~20,000 HUF/mo. Package monthly.
Scenario 3, autonomous actions AI books, cancels, launches marketing campaigns on its own. Pricier feature. ~50,000 HUF/mo budget.
Scenario 4, low balance Email warning "1,000 HUF AI left." Buy 10,000 HUF, autonomy doesn't stop.
Tips
- Try 5,000 HUF first, see consumption rate. Then optimize.
- Autonomous actions are priciest, if AI consumption is high, check these first.
- Low threshold is 1,000-2,000 HUF here, AI consumption is more dynamic.
- Business plan monthly base is enough for many salons, don't over-buy.
- Custom amount has min/max, usually min 5,000 - max 1,000,000 HUF.
- AI Receptionist (currently hidden feature) is intensive consumer if enabled.
