Use case scenarios
"I just opened a new location"
→ Locations, Add location, fill in. Then to Resources, add resources for the new location.
"New VAT rate came into effect"
→ Payments → Taxes tab. New row, new rate.
"My calendar feels cluttered"
→ Calendar tab, change time-grid setting from 30 min to 60 min. Cleaner view.
"A stylist wants to give 10% to regulars"
→ Discounts tab, add "Regular 10%" preset. One click at checkout.
"I want Stripe online payments"
→ Integrations → Finance section → Stripe Connect.
Tips
- Locations and resources first: other tabs depend on these.
- Invoicing integration is separate work: Billingo or Számlázz.hu API key, test before going live.
- Calendar grid change is subjective: 30 min is often right, but 60 min is cleaner if all your services are 1 hour+.
- Keep 5-10 discount presets: not 30. The till can't show that many.
