Scenario 1: End-of-day summary
Closing time, Daily summary: 32 bookings, 245k Ft revenue, 67% card, 33% cash. Clear day overview.
Scenario 2: Find non-paying customers
Sales tab, PENDING filter. 4 customers haven't paid. Make a call list.
Scenario 3: A customer's payment history
Customer asks: "How much have I spent here?" Customer-search by name. All her sales listed.
Scenario 4: Refund a specific item
Customer complains about a 2-week-old massage. Sales → 2-week filter → customer name → that item → Refund.
Scenario 5: Gift voucher stats
December voucher sales? Gift cards tab, December filter, list, amount. Useful as a marketing benchmark.
Tips
- "Sales" tab is the main view: see everything mixed. Use sub-tabs for specific analysis.
- Run PENDING filter weekly: keeps debts from piling up.
- Use transaction log for audit: NAV or bookkeeper request, exportable.
- Resend invoice helps: customers often ask for tax records later. One click.
- Status meanings: PARTIAL means debt remains. DRAFT means not finalized. ROOM_CHARGED goes to hotel PMS.
