Pay Later — How It Works
Managing deferred customer payments
Pay Later
The "Pay Later" option allows customers to defer payment after their service. The sale is marked as PENDING and can be settled on the customer's next visit.
How to Use
- Open the checkout drawer from an appointment
- In the footer, click the Later (clock icon) button
- The sale is saved with PENDING status
What Happens Next?
- The sale appears in the Sales list with PENDING status
- A yellow warning appears on the customer profile and calendar
- A banner at the top of the calendar shows customers arriving today with open balance
- The outstanding balance is immediately visible when selecting the customer
Settling the Balance
- Open the customer's appointment in the calendar
- Click Settle on the debt banner
- Or select from the Sales list and click Pay Now
