The system automatically tracks all open items and debts, alerting you in multiple places.
Where Do Warnings Appear?
1. Calendar Banner
An amber banner at the top of the calendar shows when customers with debt have appointments today:
- Number of customers
- Total outstanding amount
2. Customer Selection
When selecting a customer for an appointment:
- Amber banner appears at the top of the panel with the debt amount
- A yellow → orange → red badge next to the customer name indicates aging
- Hovering the badge shows a detailed per-sale breakdown
3. Sales List
In the Sales module:
- PENDING and PARTIAL items appear with amber/blue left border
- Mini progress bar shows the paid ratio
- Pay Now quick button for immediate settlement
Aging Color Codes
| Age | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| < 7 days | 🟡 Yellow | Fresh debt |
| 7-30 days | 🟠 Orange | Warning! |
| > 30 days | 🔴 Red | Aged debt |
