Use case scenarios
Scenario 1: Walk-in gift purchase
Customer walks in to buy a gift for her sister's birthday. Reception opens vouchers, picks the 20k template, fills in recipient name and email, customer pays at the till. The recipient gets the email immediately.
Scenario 2: Online voucher purchase
A customer's friend buys a voucher online for her. The system auto-creates the voucher, emails it to recipient. No staff intervention needed.
Scenario 3: Custom amount
Customer wants a 7,500 Ft voucher (a specific service price). Reception uses Custom amount path, sets 7,500 Ft, issues. Personalised handling for one-off needs.
Scenario 4: B2B bulk
Corporate client orders 10 vouchers for staff. Reception issues each one with the recipient's email; system sends all 10 emails. Bulk process in 5 minutes.
Tips
- Double-check emails before sending: a typo means lost gift.
- Use the personal message field: occasion-specific greetings drive emotional connection.
- Always link the purchaser: for tracking and gift-vs-self analysis.
- Link recipient if known: matching at checkout becomes automatic.
