Setting Up Membership Tiers
Membership tiers recognize your most loyal customers with special benefits and status. Create up to 5 tier levels.
Tier Configuration
Basic Tier Settings
For each tier, configure:
- Name: Display name (e.g., "Gold Member")
- Description: Benefits summary
- Color: Visual indicator throughout the app
- Icon: Star, crown, diamond, etc.
Tier Thresholds
Choose how customers advance:
- Points-based: Reach X points to advance
- Spend-based: Spend X amount to advance
Example tier structure:

| Bronze | 0 (default) | $0 |
| Silver | 500 | $500 |
| Gold | 1,500 | $1,500 |
| Platinum | 5,000 | $5,000 |
Tier Duration
How long tier status lasts:
- Lifetime: Once achieved, never lost
- Calendar year: Resets January 1st
- Rolling year: Resets 12 months from achievement
Tier Rewards
Assign rewards that automatically apply to tier members:
Automatic Benefits
- Percentage discount: 10% off all services for Gold members
- Free service: Complimentary add-on per visit
- Priority booking: Earlier access to appointments
Unlimited vs One-time
- Unlimited: Benefit applies to every visit
- One-time: Awarded once when tier is achieved
Creating a New Tier
- Go to Loyalty > Tiers
- Click Add Tier
- Enter tier details (name, color, icon)
- Set the threshold (points or spend)
- Assign tier rewards
- Click Save
Default Tier
The first tier (usually "Bronze" or "Member") should have:
- Threshold of 0 (everyone starts here)
- Is Default toggle enabled
- Basic benefits or none
All new loyalty enrollees start at the default tier.
