Key Features
Points System
- Earn points from purchases, reviews, online booking, and appointment completion
- Configurable earning rates with frequency caps
- Point expiration (12 or 24 months) to encourage redemption

Membership Tiers
- Up to 5 tier levels (e.g., Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond)
- Progression based on points earned OR amount spent
- Duration options: Lifetime, Calendar year, Rolling year
- Tier perks: Special discounts, priority booking, exclusive services
Referral Program
- Reward referrers when friends complete their first appointment
