Managing Customer Loyalty Accounts

Each customer can have a loyalty account to track their points, tier status, and rewards.

Enrolling Customers

Automatic Enrollment

  • Enable "Auto-enroll new customers" in settings
  • All new customers automatically join loyalty program
  • Start at default tier with 0 points

Manual Enrollment

  1. Go to Customers > [Customer Name]
  2. Click Enroll in Loyalty
  3. Optionally grant bonus points for signing up

Customer Loyalty Profile

Each enrolled customer's profile shows:

  • Current Points: Available balance
  • Lifetime Points: Total ever earned
  • Current Tier: Membership level
  • Tier Progress: Points/spend toward next tier
  • Referral Code: Unique sharing code
  • Available Rewards: Earned rewards to redeem

Points Management

Manual Adjustment

Add or remove points manually:

  1. Go to customer's loyalty profile
  2. Click Adjust Points
  3. Enter amount (+/- points)
  4. Select reason (Goodwill, Error correction, Promotion, etc.)
  5. Add note for records
  6. Click Apply

Point Transaction History

View all point activity:

  • Earned from purchases
  • Earned from bonuses (review, online booking)
  • Earned from referrals
  • Redeemed for rewards
  • Expired points
  • Manual adjustments

Reward Management

Assign Reward Manually

Grant rewards outside normal earning:

  1. Go to customer's loyalty profile
  2. Click Assign Reward
  3. Select reward from catalog
  4. Add note (reason for assignment)
  5. Click Assign

Revoke Reward

Remove an earned but unused reward:

  1. Find reward in customer's "Available Rewards"
  2. Click Revoke
  3. Confirm revocation
  4. Points are NOT refunded (manual adjustment if needed)

Tier Management

Manual Tier Change

Upgrade or downgrade tier manually:

  1. Go to customer's loyalty profile
  2. Click Change Tier
  3. Select new tier
  4. Add note for records
  5. Click Save

Note: Manual tier changes don't affect point thresholds.

Bulk Operations

Export Loyalty Data

  • Export all loyalty accounts to CSV
  • Include points, tier, referral stats

Bulk Point Awards

  • Award points to customer segments
  • Use for promotions or apologies
