Use case scenarios

Scenario 1: Holiday-season online package sales

Customers visit the booking page in December, see "Spa day package, 30,000 Ft, save 5,000". They buy online, the package lands on their account. Salon revenue spikes without lifting a finger.

Scenario 2: Gift package

A customer buys a "5x cuts package" online with a gift recipient. The recipient gets an email, redeems sessions over the year.

Scenario 3: First-time-customer trial pack

"Try us 3x" package promoted on social media, sold online to new customers. Drives trial volume, conversion to regular happens after the third visit.

Scenario 4: Package marketing campaign

Salon emails customers about a limited-time "Glow up package" with online purchase. Customers click through, buy in 60 seconds.

Tips

  • Test the customer purchase flow: open booking page in incognito, buy a package, see what happens.
  • Promote packages online when launching: customers won't find them by accident.
  • Stripe must be set up: no online package sales without payment connection.
  • Track conversion: how many viewers buy? Optimise pricing/description if conversion is low.
