  2. You'll see the templates grid view

  2. Review the price summary
  3. Click Save
  4. Template appears in your grid

Use case scenarios

Scenario 1: Repeat-buyer template

Salon's regular package: "5x cuts at 12% off" sells dozens of times a year. Save as template, sell quickly to anyone interested.

Scenario 2: Seasonal package template

Holiday "Glow up package" template: Cut + Color + Treatment, 15% off. Activated November-January, archived rest of year.

Scenario 3: Tiered loyalty packages

Three templates for different commitment levels: 3-pack, 5-pack, 10-pack. Bigger packs have bigger discounts. Customer chooses her level.

Scenario 4: Multi-service spa template

"Spa day" template combines facial + massage + manicure at a bundle price. Sold to gift-givers as a "special day" offering.

Tips

  • Name templates intuitively: "5x cuts package" beats "Template A".
  • Update prices when underlying services change: don't let templates lag behind the catalog.
  • Limit active templates: 3-7 is the sweet spot. Too many and customers can't choose.
  • Test from the customer view: open booking site, see how the template appears.
