Export your weekly schedule for record-keeping, printing, or sharing with your team.
Opening the Export Panel
- Click the Export button in the schedule header
- The export panel slides open from the right
Export Formats
CSV Export
- Comma-separated values format
- Opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers
- Best for: Data processing, importing elsewhere
Excel Export
- Microsoft Excel format (.xls)
- Formatted table with headers
- Best for: Printing, sharing via email
- Send the schedule directly to an email address
- Professional HTML template
- Best for: Sharing with owners, managers, or staff
What's Included
Every export includes:
- All staff members with names
- Daily schedules (times or leave type)
- Break information
- Weekly totals per staff member
- Overtime hours (if any)
- Daily staffing summary
- Date range in header
Sending by Email
- Click Export to open the panel
- Scroll to Send by Email section
- Enter the recipient email address
- Click Send Email
- A success message confirms delivery

Use case scenarios
Scenario 1: Weekly payroll export
Every Sunday, export the upcoming week to CSV, send to bookkeeper. Hours are clean for payroll processing.
