Scenario 5, online purchase but no service yet Sales → List → Channel: Online + Status: Paid + Item: Voucher. Online gift vouchers visible.
Tips
- Sales by Service chart inspires promo planning: highlight the top 3 services on the booking page.
- Avg ticket is a key KPI, rising = selling well; falling = maybe too many discounts.
- Voided sales are a separate category, opened but not completed. Sometimes erroneous, worth reviewing.
- Pending status isn't bad on its own, only long-pending sales need collection.
- Sales by Channel donut shapes marketing: 80% online appointment = booking page is the critical point. Optimize it.
- Watch refunded sales, lots = export and talk to customers.
