- "What's our retention rate last week?"
AI answers from report data in text and often a chart too.
When to use it
- Quick question: don't want to dig through 11 tabs
- Complex question: "Compare the last two quarters by revenue"
- Presentation: if someone asks for numbers and you need a fast answer
AI tips
- Specify the period ("last month," not "a while back")
- Start simple to learn how it responds
- If misunderstood, rephrase or split into smaller questions
Tips
- Don't put critical KPIs in the "Other" bucket, these are targeted analyses.
- Inventory report is weekly-mandatory if you sell products (low-stock detection).
- Group Classes report is optional, only if you actually run group classes.
- Catalog report is audit-style, monthly or quarterly review.
- Discounts report should focus on ROI, not just count.
- AI Assistant is still learning, not perfect. Use with oversight.
