Online booking extras: hide prices + auto-attached document
Two toggles under Manager → Online booking → Settings: fully hide prices in the public flow, and auto-attach a PDF to every booking email.
Two opt-in toggles for the public booking flow. (1) "Hide prices in public booking" suppresses every price-related element in the funnel — service list, sidebar summary, payment-step totals, mobile bottom bar, confirmation page, and the confirmation email. Service names and times stay visible. (2) "Auto-attached document" lets the tenant upload a PDF / DOC / DOCX (max 10 MB) with a title and short body text. A status dropdown decides when it's sent: at booking confirmation (legacy), when CONFIRMED, or when the appointment is marked COMPLETED (default — the customer actually showed up). Both toggles live under Manager → Online booking → Settings, and both work in the public flow, the embed widget, and admin-created appointments alike.
