Link builder, pre-configured booking URLs
Create special links that go directly to a service, staff, or booking type
Link builder
The standard yourname.bookinda.hu link goes to the full booking page. Sometimes you want a link that's already pre-selected a service, staff, or type. That's the link builder.
Where to find it
Settings → Online Booking → Link builder section (or Link builder tab).
What you can set
URL parameters that pre-select:
- Specific service: customer lands directly in the "Brazilian blowout" booking flow
- Specific staff: Anna stylist already chosen
- Booking type: package purchase only, gift voucher only, group class only
- Location: with multiple locations, one already chosen
The link builder generates the URL. You copy, share.
Example generated URL
yourname.bookinda.hu/book?service=brazilian-blowout&staff=anna
The customer opening this lands already with Brazilian blowout and Anna stylist pre-selected.
Use case scenarios
Scenario 1: Instagram bio
Instead of a generic bio link, a link to the most common service. E.g., "Book a haircut: bookinda.hu/book?service=haircut". One less click for booking.
Scenario 2: Email campaign
Christmas campaign: "Book a holiday glow-up package" link. Pre-routed to the holiday package. Customer books in 30 seconds.
Scenario 3: Stylist promo
Bella, new stylist, on her Instagram: "Book with me: bookinda.hu/book?staff=bella". Customers book directly with her.
Scenario 4: Voucher-only sales
Before holidays, a "Buy a gift voucher!" button on your website. Link goes straight to voucher flow. Cleaner conversion.
Scenario 5: Group class master
Yoga teacher's Facebook group: "Book my next group class: bookinda.hu/book?type=group-class". Direct to group class calendar.
Tips
- Link builder isn't impossible to hand-write: but the generator is the safer practice.
- Don't overuse specialty links: too many different links confuse customers. 3-5 well-chosen ones.
- Test every generated link in incognito: confirm the flow does what you think.
- Specialty links optimize conversion: fewer decisions for customers means higher completion rate.
- Use in marketing campaigns: generic link to the home page, specialty link straight to the goal.
