Extended hotel module functionality for comprehensive spa management: stay-based package offers, automatic hotel guest promotions, external guest handling, and detailed analytics.
Stay-Based Package Offers
The system automatically recommends spa packages based on the hotel guest's stay duration in the QR booking flow.
Package examples:
- 1 night: "Quick Recharge" (1 treatment + sauna entry)
- 3 days: "Wellness Weekend" (daily treatment, discounted)
- 5-7 days: "Complete Renewal" (5 treatments + facial + body scrub, ~30% off)
- 7+ days: "Spa Unlimited" (unlimited sauna + daily treatment)
Setup:
- Navigate to Hotel > Spa packages
- Click Create package
- Set name, services, discount, and night range
- The package automatically appears for matching guests in the QR booking flow
Automatic Hotel Guest Promotions
Three automated promotions to reach guests during their stay:
1. Check-in Welcome
- Automatic welcome email with spa offer on arrival day
- Runs daily at 9:00 AM
2. Last Day Offer
- "Last chance" spa offer sent the day before checkout
- Runs daily at 10:00 AM
3. Returning Guest VIP
- Automatic VIP recognition based on previous stays
- Special discount for returning guests
Setup:
- Toggle each promotion on/off at Hotel > Promotions
- Email templates can be edited on the Automations page
External Guest Handling
Separate pricing and deposit settings for non-hotel guests (city visitors).
Separate pricing:
- Open the service on the Services page
- Click "+ External guest price"
- Set the price for external guests
- Hotel guests see the regular price, external guests see the new price
Separate deposit:
- Go to Settings > Payments
- Enable the "External guest deposit" section
- Set a different deposit percentage for external guests
Hotel Guests Overview
The Hotel > Hotel guests page shows:
- Active guests (currently staying)
- Past guests
- Search by name or room number
- VIP badge for returning guests
- Booking count and total spend
Analytics
The Hotel > Analytics dashboard displays:
- Active guest count
- Today's bookings
- Monthly revenue from hotel guests
- Spa conversion rate (guests who booked / total check-ins)
- Average spend per guest
- Package adoption rate
- Top services
