Guest Profile Intelligence

When a returning hotel guest arrives, Bookinda automatically recognizes them and flags them as VIP. Staff can see at a glance what the guest likes, any allergies, and who their preferred therapist was.

Automatic VIP Recognition

Guests automatically receive VIP status if they have:

  • 3 or more stays (configurable)
  • Or they exceed the configured spend threshold (e.g. 50,000 HUF)

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Hotel > Guest Intel.
  2. Review automatically recognized VIP guests
  3. Click any guest to add preferences, allergies and staff notes
  4. Configure VIP thresholds in Settings tab

Tips

The automation system automatically sends personalized offers to returning VIP guests at check-in.
