Smart Pricing
Smart Pricing auto-adjusts service prices by time slot. Off-peak hours (e.g., mornings) get a discount, attracting more customers to underused times.

What it does
- Salon defines time slots (Morning / Afternoon / Evening)
- You set rules (e.g., "Morning haircut -20%")
- Customer sees adjusted price on booking page
- Rules can filter by weekday / weekend / date range
- Value can be capped via max-cap
Sample rules
- "Weekday morning all services -15%"
- "Monday haircut -2,000 HUF"
- "Aug 1-15 evening hours -25%"
- "Senior services (60+) -10% always"
What it's good for
- Drops underused slots: empty morning slot becomes discount-attractive
- Doesn't eat peak profit: peak hours stay at full price
- Fast A/B testing: turn on / off, see impact
What customer sees

- Original price strikethrough (e.g.,
10,000 HUF) - New price in green badge (e.g., 8,000 HUF)
- Discount % label (e.g., "20% off")

Global toggle
One switch to enable / disable all Smart Pricing. Disable = all services revert to base instantly.
When to use it
Scenario 1, underused mornings Morning bookings low. Rule: "Morning all services -20%." New customers arrive, cheaper.
Scenario 2, weekend premium Weekends peak, weekdays empty. Rule: "Weekday afternoon -15%." Weekend prices unchanged.
Scenario 3, seasonal promo Summer weeks: all services -10% (vacation period). Rule with date range.
Scenario 4, customer-attraction campaign New salon, low usage. Rule: "Every Monday all services -25%." Communicate via marketing post.
Tips
- Don't discount every hour, customer learns to wait for cheap time.
- Max-cap matters for high-priced services, so you don't give 5,000 HUF off an 8,000 HUF service.
- Use preview tool before activating: see where price lands.
- Rules have priority (0-100): highest priority wins on conflict.
- Customer sees original price strikethrough, psychologically strong (feels saving).
