Use case scenarios
Scenario 1: Allergy alerts
A customer mentions during a haircut that hair color makes her scalp itchy. You add the Allergy alert tag with a note "Reacts to ammonia-based dye". Six months later, a different colorist sees the red badge before opening the booking, asks her, switches to ammonia-free formula. Disaster avoided.
Scenario 2: VIP recognition
Your top 5% spenders all get the VIP tag. Reception sees the gold star on the booking and offers a glass of champagne. The customer feels seen. The lifetime value compounds.
Scenario 3: Difficult customer flag
A customer was rude to staff last visit. You add a Demanding tag (only visible to staff). Next time she books, the front desk knows to assign your most experienced colleague.
Scenario 4: Marketing segment seed
You tag all customers who came through your TikTok promo "TikTok 2026". Three months later you can run a segment "TikTok 2026 + No visit in 60 days" and send them a tailored win-back.
