Use case scenarios
Scenario 1: Pre-appointment briefing
Before the customer arrives, the stylist opens her detail page. Glances at: tags (VIP), notes (prefers warm temp), allergies (ammonia), upcoming services (full color). 30 seconds to be fully prepared.
Scenario 2: Loyalty redemption
Customer asks at checkout if she has loyalty points to redeem. Reception opens detail page → Loyalty tab. "You have 1,200 points, you can redeem 1,000 for a free haircut." Customer redeems immediately.
Scenario 3: Following up on incomplete forms
Customer has a Forms tab with "Allergy disclosure" listed as Not started. Reception sends her the form during her appointment, she fills it out on the tablet. Form moves to Completed.
Scenario 4: Reviewing visit history
Customer requests a refund for a service she "didn't get". Manager opens detail page → Activity log → Sees the appointment with status Completed, the receptionist who finalized it, the timestamp. Refund discussion grounded in facts.
Scenario 5: Photos for color-match continuity
The colorist opens the customer's Photos tab to see last visit's results. Replicates the color exactly. Customer is delighted by the consistency.
Tips
- Open her profile before her appointment: 30 seconds of prep saves 10 minutes of catching up during the service.
- Use the right tab for the question: Sales for transactions, Activity for events, Notes for context. Don't dig in the wrong tab.
- Update what's outdated: address changed? Email no longer in use? Update during the visit.
- Bookmark the customer page in your browser: faster than searching every time for a regular.
- Watch the debt badge: if "Tartozás" appears, address it with the customer this visit before she leaves.
