When to use it
Scenario 1, end-of-month audit Reports → Discounts → "Last month". "Manager comp 50%" preset 25× used = 35,000 HUF. Too frequent? Customer complaints match?
Scenario 2, discount policy review "Loyalty 10%" preset 78× / month. 13% of salon revenue. Too generous? Reduce to 8%?
Scenario 3, per-staff audit Anna stylist gave 145,000 HUF discount monthly. Manager average 50,000 HUF. Conversation with Anna.
Scenario 4, Black Friday ROI Black Friday gave 125,000 HUF discount. Extra revenue 600,000 HUF (promo brought new customers). ROI positive.
Scenario 5, customer dispute Customer complains: "I didn't get the discount." Sale → Discount tab → "Loyalty 10% applied, staff: Anna, time: 2026-04-30 14:23." Proven.

Tips
- Month-end review monthly, don't ignore.
- Per-staff audit is manager performance base, not punishment.
- "Top presets by value" is discount-policy input: if 1 preset accounts for 60% of total, consider reducing.
- 5%+ discount-revenue ratio is significant, ROI investigation needed.
- Per-staff stat is presentation tool, share at team meeting.
- Manual discount ratio shown separately, no need to compute.
