Use cases
Agency reselling
An agency can sell Bookinda under own brand. Customer doesn't see Bookinda logo, sees agency brand.
Franchise customization
A franchise group gives each member unique brand (color, logo). Same Bookinda platform, each franchise own appearance.
Salon own brand experience
Customer gets salon brand at every point: booking page, customer portal, email. Doesn't sense underlying Bookinda platform.
When to use it
Scenario 1, premium salon brand experience Building new salon brand. Logo, color on Bookinda UI. Customer gets full salon look.
Scenario 2, agency-resell model You're an agency. Run 10 salons on Bookinda platform. Own brand ("Beauty Solutions") instead of Bookinda. Salons don't know Bookinda is behind.
Scenario 3, franchise group "GlamSalon" franchise 5 locations. Each unique color, but "GlamSalon" logo. "Powered by GlamSalon" text.
Scenario 4, seasonal branding Christmas period: Booking Page color scheme red / green / gold. Jan 1 revert to default.
Tips
- Logo size is critical: SuperAdmin-limited (usually max 1MB, PNG/JPG).
- Color scheme should be tested before going live. From customer view, no unreadable contrast.
- "Powered by" hide is agency-level, salon owner rarely needs.
- Favicon is small icon, 32×32 or 64×64 ideal.
- After whitelabel config change, cache refresh needed (customer browser).
- If subscription downgrades, whitelabel config stays but read-only (not editable).
