Bookinda Telegram integration is per-tenant notification system: get salon events in real-time on your Telegram account. Don't confuse with SuperAdmin platform-level notifications.

Telegram is fast + minimal-friction: no Bookinda app needed, no separate notification permission.

When Telegram makes sense

Scenario 1, salon owner on vacation Owner abroad but on Telegram. New online booking → push to Telegram. Knows current state.

Scenario 2, reception team real-time Reception team 3 people, Telegram group. New-booking trigger to Telegram group. Everyone sees, someone reacts.

Scenario 3, force-majeure alert SMS sending failing in series. Telegram alert (critical). Owner acts.

Scenario 4, morning daily digest 8:00 AM digest: "Yesterday: 12 bookings, 3 new customers, 95,000 HUF revenue." Quick overview.

Tips

  • Telegram bot is free, no credit system.
  • Bot username is platform-level (one bot serves all tenants).
  • Multiple users / tenant supported, each connects own Telegram.
  • Quiet hours don't affect customer experience, only mute Telegram messages.
  • Daily digest is optional, off by default.
  • Trigger fine-tuning is critical, don't enable everything (spam feel).
