Automations overview
The 10 automation categories and 4 core system automations
Automations
Automations are an event-based messaging system. When an event (booking, birthday, cancellation) occurs, the system auto-sends a message to the customer (or internal staff).
Where to find it
- Automation templates:
/manager/automations(categorized list, edit) - Logs:
/manager/automations/logs(execution history) - Settings (4 core):
/manager/settings/automations(Waitlist Auto-notify, Gap Killer, Abandoned Booking, Smart Deposit)
Core concept
One-off campaign vs Automation
- Campaign: you decide when to send. Manual launch.
- Automation: system decides. On event = automatic.
