Wallet Card overview
The Wallet Card module lets your customers add a branded, live, auto-updating membership card to Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android) with one tap. The card shows loyalty points, tier, active membership pass, next appointment, and a unique QR code for reception check-in.
When to use it
- For returning customers with a loyalty account or active membership
- During high-volume hours, to enable 2-second reception check-in
- As a marketing tool: your logo and brand color sit on every customer phone
- For geofenced reminders: when the customer is within 200m of your salon, the card auto-pops on the lock screen (native iOS/Android feature)
What the card shows
- Loyalty points
- Tier name (Bronze/Silver/Gold or custom)
- Active membership pass with remaining sessions
- Next appointment date and service
- Reception check-in QR code
- Optional custom message
- Your logo and brand color
How to enable
- Go to Settings → Wallet Card
- Toggle "Enable Wallet Card" on
- Choose which fields to display
- (Optional) Set custom background and text color
- (Optional) Add a personal message
- Save
Customers see the "Add to Wallet" buttons on their portal at /myaccount/wallet-card.
Push updates
When a customer earns or spends points, uses a membership session, or modifies an appointment, the card updates automatically on their phone within seconds. No app download required.
Reception check-in
Open Settings → Check-in for a mobile-friendly QR scanner. Customer shows the QR code on their Wallet card; reception scans it and sees the customer profile and today's appointment in one tap.
