NTAK TSS Reporting (Hungarian Tourism Data Service)

NTAK is the Hungarian government's mandatory tourism data reporting system for attractions, spas, museums, etc. Bookinda has it built-in for tenants who fall under the obligation.

Quick overview:

• Who's affected: Spas, wellness centers, baths, museums, attractions selling tickets
• Who's NOT affected: Beauty salons, hairdressers, individual therapists, hotel-spas (handled by hotel PMS)
• Configuration split: platform-level fields (TSS system ID, version, endpoint URL, test/prod toggle) are managed by Bookinda Super Admin; tenant-specific fields (regSzam, adoszam, location, certificate paths) are filled in by the manager
• Setup: Settings → NTAK Adatszolgáltatás
• Validation: Run the 11 official NTAK test scenarios before going live (15/15 reference green achieved 2026-05-04)
• Go-live: Super Admin switches the endpoint URL + test environment toggle off
