Email tracking overview
What we track, where to view, what to do with the data

Scenario 3, device analysis 70% read on mobile. Templates mobile-friendly? Check.
Scenario 4, campaign dispute Customer says "didn't receive." Recent events → search name. Sent + Delivered → spam.

- Salon internal chat messages
- Transactional SMS (separate SMS tracking)
Channel selectivity
Email tracking toggleable per channel:
- Marketing email: tracking ON (default)
- Transactional email: tracking ON (default), can be off for privacy
- System email: tracking OFF (password reset, security alert)
Tips
- Dashboard deserves weekly check, not just month-end.
- Engagement score can be customer-segmentation base: high-score customers earn more.
- Best send time only accurate after 3+ months of data.
- IP anonymization default 30 days, stricter retention configurable for GDPR.
- Do-Not-Track header is respected, those customers aren't tracked.
- 90-day retention default, older events auto-deleted.
