Billingo Connect
Billingo is a Hungarian e-invoicing service. Bookinda integrates it: bookings / sales auto-generate an invoice in your Billingo account.

/manager/connect/billingo. SuperAdmin → Connect → Billingo.

When which
- Billingo: if already Billingo user, or want structured invoice management
- Számlázz.hu: if already Számlázz.hu user, or want simpler / multi-currency / multi-language
The two integrations are mutually exclusive: only one connectable at a time.
When to use it
Scenario 1, classic Hungarian salon Owner is Billingo user. API-key enabled → every POS sale auto-invoiced.
Scenario 2, multi-language customer English customer. Invoice in English (Billingo language: EN).
Scenario 3, NAV tightening NAV requires online invoice. Billingo NAV Online Invoice toggle ON → every invoice goes to NAV in XML.
Scenario 4, document block system Multi-location: L1 block "BP-2026," L2 "DEB-2026." Billingo document block per-sale.
Tips
- API-key is confidential, don't share.
- Create blocks in Billingo UI first before document block selection.
- NAV Online Invoice flag should be on, mandatory from 2021.
- Auto-invoice only on fully-PAID sales, not partial.
- Storno (cancel) is permanent, don't do erroneously.
- Customer sync is auto-magic: Billingo Partner reuse on existing records.
